Food across America
I’m back in Dallas, tx about to continue with my summer experiences at the Bippitus Agency where I’m the intergrated marketing director. The reason I’m just returning to Dallas is because I’ve been on a multi-city consumer research tour with one of our clients. So 10 days ago I flew to cleveland, and got in a van with my team and drove from there to Detroit, Flint, Gary, and then Chicago. It was an amazing experience, I got to meet so many important people and got to experience places I’ve never seen. Anyone who trips about an internship being unpaid is going to FAIL. I still haven’t gotten a dime yet and honestly I’m not sure how I’m surviving this summer, but everything is taken care of, and I wouldn’t trade this experience for anything. I can almost see my future being laid out in front of me. I no longer feel like I”m shooting blindly. The hotel check ins, the airplanes, the meeting dates, it’s all my thing and I know I’m on the right path. Apart from all that I realized when you work hard you get perks. . . like being able to eat on the company tab at the nicest/coolest places around the country.
